Chief The Great and Mysterious Zardon

This is the chief of police in my new space RP. He predicts crimes. Space Crimes. Yup. Believe it or not, I actually got the idea for this before I ever saw Big. I wanted to name him Zordon as a Power Rangers nod, but with the new movie coming out, I thought better of it.

Anyway, I spent way too long on details no one will ever notice, but they make me very happy.
